Christine Saverda Nielson brings a rare combination of investigative skill, legal expertise, and courtroom strength to her practice. Before becoming an attorney, she served five years as a federal agent for the U.S. Treasury’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, gaining invaluable experience in investigation, evidence gathering, and high-stakes decision-making.

She went on to graduate from Yale Law School, where she served as editor of the school’s law journal, and began practicing law in 1991. Early in her career, Ms. Nielson worked for large and mid-sized law firms, focusing on federal and state trial practice, corporate and business litigation, and family law.

In 1997, she founded the Law Office of Christine Saverda Nielson, P.A., in Towson, Maryland. Since then, she has concentrated on guiding clients through complex and emotionally charged family law matters with both tenacity and compassion. Known for being straightforward, responsive, and assertive, she is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests and achieving practical solutions both in and out of court.

Her reputation as a trial-tested advocate has earned her the trust of families throughout Baltimore County and across Maryland. Clients value her ability to blend analytical precision with genuine care, making her not only a strong legal representative but also a steadfast ally during challenging times.
